I love a good pudding, and I love it even more when it's with Almond Shmylk and free of processed sugar!
1 apple peeled and grated
1/4 c almond roughly chopped
1/4 tsp mixed spice
2 tbsp green yogurt or non-dairy alternative
1 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 c almond shmylk
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Cinnamon for dusting
Chocolate Sea Salt Granola to garnish
Whisk all the ingredients in a medium bowl expect the toppings
Divide it into two bowls, cover and refrigerate for 20 mins to overnight.
Serve with cinnamon dust and granola.
