Turmeric Pineapple Smoothie

If you asked me 5 years ago, I woulda never guessed that I'd be so hooked to smoothies. I must admit tho, with the right ingredients, even in the winter months, it's a tasty mid-day energiser.

1/2 cup almond or cashew milk, 1 medium banana, 1 cup diced pineapple, 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp ginger, 4 ice cubes

Blend all the ingredients into a smooth drink. Top it up with spiced granola or drink it straight up.
