Orders:
How can I place my order?
- To place an order on our website, select the products. Follow the below mentioned steps:
- Click on any product you would like to buy, select the quantity and click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
- After adding all the products to the Cart, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can continue to shop or confirm the order and click on ‘Checkout’.
- From there, you can log in to your existing account or continue as a ‘New User’ and create one or order as a guest.
- After that, proceed to checkout, add and confirm your shipping address, and choose the suitable payment method and confirm your order.
- Once you are done with placing your order, you will receive an email from heya@thirdroast.com consisting of the details of your order and your order ID.
- All you have to do then is, relax, and wait for the product(s) to arrive!
- Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation.
How do I check the status of my order?
Usually, the order is delivered within 2 days. If you haven’t received your order within 2 days you could opt-in for updates via messages and email by clicking on “Get shipping updates by text” after the order is confirmed. You could also check with us on our whatsapp number +91 8766231544.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Usually, the order is delivered within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. For orders outside of Delhi, it takes 4-5 days after shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, make sure to do so before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact us at +91 8766231544 or email us at heya@thirdroast.com.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product or incomplete order?
If an item is found to be damaged or a product is missing, please contact us at +91 8766231544 or email us at heya@thirdroast.com and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Payments:
What payment methods do you accept?
We have online payment options on the website via razor pay or payumoney. We also have the upi payment option via gpay.
I paid online, my money has been debited from my account but my order has not been placed successfully. What should I do?
Check with your bank or payment app if the money has been deducted at source. If the money has been deducted and you still don't see an order confirmation, please send us an email on heya@thirdroast.com and we will resolve it for you.
Do you offer a COD option?
We offer the COD payment option at a fee of INR 50 INR as handling charges.
Do you charge shipping fees?
The shipping charges are based on the distance of your location. You will see the final shipping charge at the checkout.
Return/Refunds:
What is your return/refund policy?
In case payment has already been made, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 2 working days. if the order was COD, we can either refund it to your bank account or via PayTM.

Cold Brew Coffee
Brewed in small batches, up to 24 hours, Third Roast cold brew coffee is full bodied with a smooth finish. Our process reduces acidity while enhancing the caffeine kick, leaving you instantly refreshed.
What is a cold brew coffee?
Cold Brewing is a method of brewing coffee where ground coffee beans are steeped in room temperature water for anywhere between 16-24 hours. Cold Brew is the coffee concentrate that you get after the brewing is complete.
How many variants of cold brew coffees do you have?
We have three variants of cold brew coffees in 200 ml bottles. We also add limited edition cold brews every season.
Straight Up Black
Third Roast Straight Up Black cold brew is a no-fuss black coffee. It is intense, rich, and smooth with a chocolate finish that leaves you feeling invincible.

So Vanilla
Third Roast So Vanilla cold brew is our specialty black coffee infused with high-quality vanilla extract. Twist the bottle cap open and a sweet aroma hits your nose a moment before settling on your palate like a summer siesta.

Vietnameasy
It's not subtle and it doesn't titillate your taste buds, it overwhelms your palate! Third Roast Vietnameasy is a silken, dreamy melange of our specialty coffee and thick condensed milk.
Ingredients: straight up black coffee, condensed milk
What ingredients do you use in the black cold brew coffee?
We use 100% arabica beans and filtered water.
How do I receive the coffee?
You will receive the coffee in a 200 ml glass bottle. You could recycle the bottle or refer to our return the bottles campaign.
Can you heat a cold brew?
Ideally, the flavours in the coffee are best enjoyed when cold but you could heat the cold brew in a microwave for one minute or heat it in a pan, remove it from the pan just before it boils. Don’t boil the cold brew.
Does your coffee have sugar?
Straight Up Black coffee doesn’t have any sugar.
So Vanilla has vanilla extract with 0.2mg sugar in 200 ml.
Vietnameasy cold brew contains condensed milk which has about 7 grams of sugar in a 200 ml bottle.
Does your coffee have dairy?
Straight Up Black and So Vanilla are dairy free, lactose free and vegan. Vietnameasy is made with condensed milk which has dairy.
How many calories does the cold brew have?
Straight Up Black and So Vanilla have no calories. Vietnameasy has 45 calories.
How much caffeine does one bottle of cold brew have?
One bottle of cold brew i.e. 200 ml has approx. 85 mg of caffeine.
What is the cold brew shelf life?
Our products are preservatives and additives free. The average shelf life for a cold brew bottle is 15 days if kept refrigerated.
Fudge
What is Fudge?
All-natural dark chocolate and creamy almond butter, moulded into delicious chunks of fudge.
How many flavours do you have?
We have 3 flavours of fudge:
PB and Dark Chocolate : Peanut Butter, Dark chocolate, Coconut flour, Vanilla extract, Sea Salt
Almond Butter and Dark Chocolate : Almond Butter, Dark chocolate, Coconut flour, Vanilla extract, Almond chunks
Mocha Peppermint: Dark chocolate, coffee, coconut milk, peppermint extract.
Why is it healthy?
Our fudge is 100% plant-based with no refined sugar or gluten or added preservatives
What is the serving size of the fudge?
Our fudge comes in a 150 gram box which has 10 pieces
What is the Nutritional Value of the fudge?
It is 40 calories per serving i.e. 30 grams.
Does your fudge have dairy?
Nope, it’s completely dairy-free.
How do you consume fudge?
Have it as is, like a snack or dessert post meal or pre meal, if that’s how you roll.
What is the shelf life of the fudge?
The average shelf life for the fudge is 1 month refrigerated. Although, we are sure it won’t last a month.
Where is the fudge available?
We currently only ship the fudge in Delhi/NCR.
Granola
What is Granola?
A delicious and healthy snack made with gluten free oats, an assortment of healthy nuts, dried fruits, and seeds.
How many flavours do you have?
We have 3 flavours of Granola:
Chocolate and Sea Salt Granola
Rolled oats, cocoa powder, coconut oil, coconut flakes, honey, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, almond slivers, sea salt, vanilla extract.
Fig and Dark Raisin
Rolled oats, coconut oil, honey, salt, cinnamon, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, black raisins, figs, vanilla extract.
Berry Crunch and Vanilla
Amaranth, sunflower seeds, almonds, blueberries, coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, sea salt, vanilla.
Why is it healthy?
Our granola is made with 100% natural ingredients with no refined sugar or gluten or added preservatives. It is made with healthy fats and is rich in Omega 6.
What is the serving size of the granola?
Our granola comes in 3 sizes - 70 grams single serve, 240 grams and 450 grams.
What is the Nutritional Value of granola?
It is 150 calories per serving i.e. 50 grams.
Does your granola have dairy?
Nope, it’s completely dairy-free.
How do you consume granola?
o Munch by the handful when you're feeling snacky
o Add milk/ plant-based milk for a power packed breakfast or even mid day meal
o Eat it with yoghourt or top it on ice creams or even smoothies
What is the shelf life of the granola?
The shelf life for the fudge is 1 month. Keep it in an airtight container once opened and store it in a cool dry place.
