Here you go:
150 grams dates soaked in water and ground into a paste
3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 cup dessicated coconut
1-2 tbsp cold brew of your choice (we used vanilla)
Process everything in a food processor
Roll the mixture into balls and roll in coconut
Store in an airtight glass jar
Pop one when you’re feeling snacky.
