Cocoa Oats Porridge with Caramelised Banana

I feel like mama bear when I eat this tasty porridge. I add cocoa and honey which makes the oats chocolatey and the almond shmylk gives it a warm nutty flavour.How to make//3/4 cup rolled oats1-1/2 cups water1/2 cup chocolate almond shmylk1 tbsp dark cocoa powder2 tsp honey/maple syrup1 tsp vanillaPinch of salt and cinnamon1 banana roundly cut1. Bring oats, water and salt and cinnamon to a boil and reduce to a gentle simmer2. Add shmylk and stir till the oats are cooked and thickened for 6 minutes3. Spiced Apple Pie Pudding

I love a good pudding, and I love it even more when it's with Almond Shmylk and free of processed sugar!1 apple peeled and grated1/4 c almond roughly chopped1/4 tsp mixed spice2 tbsp green yogurt or non-dairy alternative1 tbsp chia seeds3/4 c almond shmylk1 tbsp honey or maple syrupToppings:Cinnamon for dustingChocolate Sea Salt Granola to garnishWhisk all the ingredients in a medium bowl expect the toppingsDivide it into two bowls, cover and refrigerate for 20 mins to overnight.Serve with cinnamon dust and granola.
